And the winner is. . .
Orphans and Orphans: A Sad Bit of History! Written for the 85th edition of the Carnival of Genealogy, this tells the story of a terrible summer when a whole family suffered from typhoid and only a few survived.

Tombstone Tuesday: Mariah Langston Roberts! This is Mariah’s second award of the evening. She was an amazing lady and this biographical sketch includes the story of one of her adventures during the Civil War.
