      William Robert Hinton recorded bill of sale 4 June 1753. I John Ash of FC, planter, for 18 pcm and 700lbs. tob., 8 head of horned cattle, a gun, a black horse, and all the moveables belonging to me; provided nevertheless, that if the above named John Ash, shall well and truly pay Richard Snowden of AAC, iron maser the sum of 16 pcm and 346 lbs. tob with interest thereon; also the sum of 2 shillings, 3 pence and 307 1/2 lbs. tob unto Samuel Beall, Junr. which the said William Robert Hinton is security for, and also to save and keep harmless from charges; then this is void.
