The land is bounded by Joseph Russell, JR, William Garland, James Deboard, Henry ?Harford, John Webb deced. The land is part of a tract of land formerly granted to Jone Loyd, Admx to Lewis Loyd deced containing 159 acres, which patent is dated Feb 6, 1681. Signed David Phillips. Wit - Joseph Russell, Jr, Thomas Lewis. Recorded Aug 7 1728. Mary Phillips, the wife of the said David Phillips, appeared in court and relinquished her right of dower.
